Directions:
Make sure the skin is clean and toxin free before applying RENU-70. Remove all synthetic fragrances, perfume colognes, body lotion, aftershave, hairspray or fragrances left in clothing from laundry detergent and/or dryer sheets. Use 5-7 sprays to the affected area(s) daily with clean hand, cotton swab or ball. Do not wear plastic or rubber gloves. If you experience redness or burning sensation, apply it on covered areas of your body, remove the clothing before and wait at least 20 minutes before gtting dressed.
Internal Uses:
Take 3-5 sprays under your tongue 3 time daily two hours before or after meals.
